Can I check the status of my order?
Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top left corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order. If you did not create an account, a username and password was emailed to you upon completion of your order.
I don't remember creating a username or password? How can I log in?
To ensure a quick and easy check out process, www.IHateStevenSingeronline.com does not require customers to create an account upon checkout. We do it for you! Shortly after placing your first order, you will receive an email containing your username and password. Still having trouble? Email us at ssj@stevensingerjewelers.com or call 1-800-350-1104 and we will be happy to retrieve it for you.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Please contact Steven Singer Jewelers specialists at 1-800-350-1104 immediately. Please be aware that some orders are shipped immediately upon placement. Steven Singer Jewelers can only change or cancel orders prior to shipment.
So, has my order shipped yet?
All orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm will ship same day. *Orders placed after 2pm Monday – Thursday will ship next business day. Orders placed after Friday at 2pm will ship the following Monday. You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped, detailing the tracking information.
*In the rare occasion that the item is unable to be shipped same day, we will notify you immediately via Email, adjust any shipping charge if it applies, and assist you with alternative options.
*Federal Holidays may effect shipping dates. Visit FedEx or call 1-800-GO-FedEx for a list of holidays and closures.
How Will My Order Ship?
Free Shipping on Jewelry items will always be shipped via FedEx 2Day.

All Expedited Methods of Shipping Are Shipped Via FedEx.
When will I receive my order?
Standard shipping will be received in 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to the West Coast. Best rule of thumb for standard USPS shipments... the further away from Philadelphia you are, the longer it will take! Any questions, we're happy to help. If I pay for expedited shipping will you guarantee arrival?
The following shipping options are available when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Standard Time on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.

Do you use back orders?
No. Is the item you are looking at listed as out of stock? Please contact Steven Singer Jewelers specialists at 1-800-350-1104 or ssj@stevensingerjewelers.com to inquire about the items availability. Most items that are listed " out of stock" are available for shipment in 1 week.
Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
We ship to the 48 contiguous US States. We do not ship to any international locations at this time.
Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
No, for security purposes we do not ship to either PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
What do you charge for standard shipping?
ZERO DOLLARS! All orders shipped to a destination within the United States are shipped free of charge. Click here for our return policy.
What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
ZERO DOLLARS! Steven Singer Jewelers wants you to enjoy risk free shopping, therefore there are no return shipping charges for orders originally shipped to a destination within the United States. Please note FedEx return shipments must also be shipped from the United States.
How will my item ship?
Jewelry will be shipped in a FedEx box, or a small brown unmarked box. Steven Singer Jewelers will not be written on the outside of the shipping carton. Each order will be double boxed. NO INVOICE will be included in the box, due to the majority of purchases being gifts! All order confirmation and receipts will be emailed to the email address provided. If you need a written receipt, please email us at ssj@stevensingerjewelers.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Roses will be shipped in an unmarked brown shipping carton. Steven Singer Jewelers will not be written on the outside of the shipping carton. NO INVOICE will be included in the box, due to the majority of purchases being gifts! All order confirmation and receipts will be emailed to the email address provided.

Is it safe to use my credit card/ debit card on your site?
Steven Singer Jewelers website uses the most up to date security technology and business practices to keep our customers information safe. Steven Singer Jewelers keeps absolutely none of your credit card information on file, for your protection. The website is also protected by a SSL Certificate: An SSL Certificate enables encryption of sensitive information during online transactions.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Steven Singer Jewelers accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal Express Payments.
When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
- Check your address. Does your billing address on your credit card match the billing address you entered? Have you moved? Try giving your credit card company a call to find out the billing address they have on file.
- Did you reference the Credit Card Verification Code guide at the bottom of the payment screen to determine the correct code on your card. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover all place the code on the back of the card, while American Express prints it on the front.
Paypal questions, problems or errors?

Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Only items shipped within the state of Pennsylvania receive applicable sales tax.
How do I know my finger size?
You measure it with one of our disposable ring sizers! Email ringsize@stevensingerjewelers.com with your mailing address and receive one of our disposable ring sizers in the mail.
The National Average is a size 6. Don't have time to measure her finger, or want to keep it a surprise? Order it in our stock size, with a ring sizer. After you present the ring, size her up! Give us a call. We'll arrange for you to ship the ring back to us, and we'll size it free of charge.
The best way is to know her ring size before hand... but we know that's not always possible.
